Bag Lunch - Bible Study- Coffee Meet
Over the years we have experimented with several options for a mid-week meeting. We have found that evenings services lacked enthusiasm and made it a challenge for some folks to drive during the winter months. So, at the beginning of 2025 we decided to try a Wednesday noon get together where we enjoy our lunches together, dig into a chapter of the Bible over a cup of hot coffee, discuss life and the challenges we are facing physically and spiritually, and then we pray for one another. Many churches in our day are eliminating the midweek service, but we find it to be a real boost. Our mid-week Bible study is growing and so are our friendships. It is a casual setting and would be an excellent time for newcomers to visit and see if the fellowship is a good fit for them. We meet at 12 PM to eat, and then the Bible study and discussion time lasts for about an hour. If you are looking for a church, but don't feel comfortable attending a Sunday service for your first visit, come and try the Wednesday meeting. We just know you will feel welcome and we would love to meet you.
